The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth
below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your
acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order online or
by phone indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. WildDigital.com LLC
reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions
at any time.
For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification
procedure and final approval by our customer service department before they are
shipped . We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate
shipping address may delay processing your order.
We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not
limited to tax and shipping which you will be informed of prior to billing. The
charges at checkout may not be final. You will receive your final statement
(receipt) with the arrival of your package. Pricing and availability are subject
to change without notice. Not all "available" products are on hand for rush
delivery. For rush orders we encourage you to please contact us. Products may
carry a USA, International or WildDigital.com LLC Warranty. USA warranty may be
additional. Prices are for mail order only. All prices are after the
manufacturers' rebate. WildDigital.com LLC is not responsible for manufacturer
rebates. All rebates go through the manufacturer and WildDigital.com LLC is not
responsible if the manufacturer does not honor a rebate. Due to price
fluctuation on electronics we can not always offer price protection on already
shipped products.
All orders shipped to NY are subject by law to NY State Taxes and are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
UPS Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii or
Puerto Rico. You must select FedEx or UPS 2 Day or Overnight Delivery at
checkout. To ship overseas please remember to select international shipping at
checkout. WildDigital.com LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes & charges
imposed or enforced by destination country.
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing
address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent),
please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact
your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is
simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a
destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably
delay the processing of your order.
Oversized products such as printers, scanners, DVD players, TV's and VCR's
may be subject to additional shipping fees.

WildDigital.com LLC does not sell products to resellers under any circumstance. We
also reserve the right to limit quantity.
WildDigital.com LLC is not responsible for typographical or graphical errors on the
website. WildDigital.com LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you
were already charged we will issue you a full refund.
Return Policy
21 days for return or exchange (DIGITAL & VIDEO 7 DAYS) with prior authorization
only.
Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns
received by WildDigital.com LLC without a return authorization number will not be the
responsibility of WildDigital.com LLC.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable! All returns are subject to a minimum
restocking fee of 5%. Please be aware that a return authorization number does
not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, it must go
through inspection and then will be assessed for refund or exchange. All
returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original
packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Do not write on
the manufacturers' box or warranty card. Failure of following these terms will
result in a denial of a return or exchange. Cancellation numbers must be
obtained from a WildDigital.com LLC representative to officially terminate an order.
Without a cancellation number, you are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
Special order items including Video Projectors, Televisions and Laptops are
non-returnable. Batteries, Film, and Videotapes, which are opened or used are
not returnable.
Save your receipt, as it’s to be used for proof of purchase and all
manufacturers' warranties. Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the
manufacturer and not WildDigital.com LLC unless otherwise specified on the
invoice.
